WizardGear® Conduit and Cable Balancers provide an easy method of hanging conduit and cables above areas where they are prone to damage. Excellent for robotic welding applications as well as submerged arc applications with manipulators. All models feature adjustable tension and heavy duty 8 ft nylon-jacketed braided steel cable. Balancers are available to handle workloads up to 27 lbs (12.2 kg).

WizardGear® Conduit Hangers prevent excess droopage in conduit that can cause excessive wire friction. Hangers feature heavy duty steel construction and Velcro straps to secure cables and conduit. Recommended accessory for conduit & cable balancers.

There are a number of locations that can cause excess wire friction throughout the wire delivery system in robotic arc welding. The Wire Wizard® Guide Module System eliminates wire friction not only in stationary areas like over or through the weld cell wall, but it also can solve wire friction issues where there is a high degree of mobility at the back end of the wire feeder. This can be achieved by installing a Mini 90° Guide Module with a Wire Feeder Swivel Kit. The Guide Module includes a series of rollers to eliminate the friction around the bend, while the swivel kit includes heavy duty bearings that can twist and turn with the movement of the robot. This also increases the life of the conduit by taking the strain away from a sharp bend in the wire delivery system in robotic welding applications.
